
Cooking on a wood fire is common in Copal, Guanacaste. Everyone does it because it gives the food a great flavour. I don’t yet because I need a set of old pots I don’t care if they are blackened.
This one at the home of a friend’s mother seemed worthy of a shot.

A statement about appliances perhaps?
