Riders in the streets of Nicoya.

This is a Costa Rican tradition called a tope (TOE pay). People get dressed in their finest cowboy gear, pretty up their horses, and parade. There are the fancy walkers that do a kind of dressage step.

Fun was had by all. Nicoya, Guanacaste. July 25, 2012.
